Magna International’s Cosma group is seeking a Quality Engineer/Advanced Quality Engineer to reinforce product quality across automotive projects. You will support QA processes, analyze data, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure process capability and conformance to ISO/TS 16949.

The role requires at least 5 years in quality engineering, knowledge of Cosma Casting processes, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Understanding how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance practices and procedures including statistical process control, blueprint reading, GD&T, measurement devices, and ISO/TS 16949 requirements.
• Able to prepare, read, write, and interpret written reports, procedures and guidelines.
• Able to present information and respond to questions from management and suppliers.
• Organize, schedule and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Proficient with computer software as needed.
• Ability to understand written instructions.
