Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Quality & EHS Systems Engineer to support quality assurance and occupational health & safety activities in a manufacturing setting. The role ensures compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 45001 while aiding new product launches and promoting continuous improvement in quality and safety.

Responsibilities include APQP/PPAP support, documentation control, and Lean initiatives to drive safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Quality) or related field.
1–3 years in an automotive manufacturing environment with exposure to quality systems, customer-facing support, or EHS programs.

Responsibilities

Assist with APQP and PPAP activities from development through production launch.
Help create and maintain critical documentation including FMEAs, Control Plans, and Flow Charts.
Support processing of customer complaints and supplier claims using structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Why).
Assist in maintaining the ISO 45001 OH&S Management System, including risk assessments and incident investigations.
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and promote a safety-first culture on the shop floor.
