Job summary

TOP Group - Japanese Recruiting Agency is representing a Japanese Automotive Parts Manufacturer seeking a Project Coordinator to support automotive production and new product launch projects. You will coordinate project activities, work closely with customers and internal teams, and help ensure projects are completed on time and within schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, experience in project coordination or manufacturing, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in project coordination, manufacturing, or related environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Japanese language skills are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities from launch through completion.
• Maintain project schedules, action items, and documentation.
• Communicate with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Organize project meetings and record meeting minutes.
• Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Support supplier and material coordination.
• Prepare project status reports and KPI updates.
• Identify project risks and escalate issues when needed.
