Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Program Manager (Automotive) in Fountain Valley, CA to support OEM accessory and product development programs from planning through launch.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, track deliverables, identify risks, and drive successful project execution in a 6-month temporary engagement. On-site work, Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00, with collaboration across engineering, supply chain, quality, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track multiple product development and accessory programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, quality, and marketing.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, risks, and milestones.
• Lead project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive-level project summaries.
• Support process improvement initiatives and project management best practices.
