Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking a Production Technician in Hillside, IL. This full-time role involves disassembly or reassembly of transmission components, precise labeling and gauging, and ensuring parts are defect-free before shipment.

You will follow detailed work instructions across the production line. Ideal candidates have manufacturing or automotive experience, a high school diploma, and the physical ability to lift heavy parts and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a direct employee in a manufacturing site or automotive environment.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Technical or mechanical ability; able to lift up to 45 lbs and occasionally 70 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work across multiple production steps and follow English work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work in one or many parts of the production process including disassembly or reassembly of transmission unit.
• Follow work instructions to complete the process assigned.
• Complete work in a timely and efficient manner.
• May use hand tools such as wrenches to adjust seals or other parts.
• Communicate with supervisor when parts are needed; tag parts and ensure proper identification.
• Report machinery defects or safety issues to supervision.
