Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is hiring a Production Technician to be part of our growing team. You will assist in tearing down or reassembling transmission components, ensure proper labeling and tagging, and verify product quality before shipment.

You will follow detailed work instructions, use hand tools like wrenches, and report any safety or equipment issues to supervision. This is a full-time, on-site role with potential for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or automotive environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical/mechanical ability; e.g., car work or auto shop experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform disassembly or reassembly of transmission units; may include painting, cleaning, and testing.
• Follow work instructions to complete assigned processes.
• Complete work timely and efficiently.
• Use hand tools (e.g., wrenches) to adjust seals.
• Communicate with supervisor when parts are needed.
• Label and tag parts to identify material.
• Report machinery defects to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow federal/state/local regs (hazardous waste, OSHA Right-to-Know) and keep knowledge updated.
• Operate tools and equipment safely.
• Report safety issues immediately.
• Follow detailed work instructions; may handle small parts.
• Willing to work any production area: disassembly, assembly, cleaning, painting, moving materials, rework, preparation, testing.
• Follow English work instructions (with pictures) to perform steps.
• Use hand tools such as wrenches.
• Accept direction and take responsibility.
• Ask questions when unsure.
• Open mindset; willing to take on new duties.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Maintain regular in-person attendance.
• Willing to participate in testing that may involve lifting automotive parts.
