Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is hiring a Production Technician to join our Hillside, IL team. You will handle disassembly or reassembly of transmission components, ensure proper labeling and tagging, and verify parts are defect-free before final shipment.

The role requires following exact work instructions, using hand tools, and maintaining a tidy work area. We offer advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience as a direct employee in a manufacturing site or in an automotive environment.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Technical or mechanical ability/know how.
• Must frequently lift and move heavy automotive parts up to 45 lbs.
• May lift parts up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work in a physical and repetitive job and to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Disassembly or reassembly of transmission units or parts; may include painting, cleaning, rework, and testing.
• Follow work instructions to complete assigned tasks.
• Use hand tools to adjust seals or other parts as needed.
• Maintain a neat plant area and report machinery issues to supervision.
• Support safety rules and local regulations and work in a cautious manner.
