Dynamic Manufacturing is hiring a Production Technician in Hillside, IL for the 2nd shift. The role involves disassembly or reassembly of transmission components, labeling and inspection to ensure defect-free parts before shipment.

Candidates should have manufacturing/auto environment experience, a high school diploma, and be able to lift heavy parts. The position is full-time, on-site, with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

• High school degree or equivalent
• Technical or mechanical ability/know how (e.g. work on personal car, auto shop experience)
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive environment a must
• Must be able to frequently lift and move heavy parts up to 45 lbs
• May occasionally lift up to 70 lbs
• Willing to work in a physical and repetitive job and stand for long periods

Responsabilidades

• Disassembly or reassembly of transmission unit or other components
• Follow work instructions to complete assigned tasks
• Use hand tools to adjust seals or parts as needed
• Label, tag, and gauge products to ensure defect-free completion
• Communicate with supervisor for parts availability or machinery issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety regulations
