Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC, a global tier-one supplier of high-speed chain drive systems for the automotive industry, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead unionized teams across manufacturing and assembly of timing chain system components.

The role requires 3–7 years of supervisory experience, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, ISO procedures, and strong leadership and communication skills to ensure safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals are met on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Project Management and ISO procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift across operations

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, coach and supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals
• Provide clear expectations and guidance to employees
• Ensure efficient material flow and manage department budget and expenses
• Collaborate with EHS, Planning, Engineering and Quality
• Maintain accurate attendance, shift coordination and department inventory
