Job summary

Cardinal Staffing is hiring a Production Mold Operator for an automotive insulation and acoustic products supplier in Norwalk, OH. You will operate molding equipment to produce parts safely, efficiently, and to quality standards while supporting daily production goals and maintaining a clean work area.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to stand and perform repetitive motions, and teamwork. Shifts vary (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) with possible overtime; pay is $18.00 per hour plus

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for quality defects, including dimensions, appearance, and proper formation.
• Trim, assemble, stack, label, and package finished products as required.
• Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors or maintenance of equipment issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals.

Job Summary

This position ensures products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards while maintaining production goals and a clean work environment.
