Qualifications

• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Valid state-issued driver's license when operating vehicles or company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Installing approved accessories and components on new vehicles.
• Using basic hand tools, torque wrenches, and light power tools.
• Reading work orders and matching parts to the correct vehicle.
• Inspecting vehicles and materials before beginning work.
• Following step-by-step installation instructions.
• Checking completed work for proper fit, operation, and quality.
• Recording completed production accurately.
• Moving automatic and manual-transmission vehicles when required.
• Keeping tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized.
• Reporting damaged parts, vehicle concerns, or equipment issues.
• Following all company, customer, quality, and safety procedures.
