Unlike a traditional hourly production job, this position offers a guaranteed base hourly wage plus piece-rate earnings. Your additional earnings are based on qualifying completed production while meeting required safety and quality standards.

How the Piece-Rate Earning System Works

You will receive a guaranteed base hourly rate for your work. In addition, employees have the opportunity to earn piece-rate/incentive compensation based on qualifying productivity.

Employees who become proficient and consistently complete quality work efficiently can increase their overall weekly earnings.

What You'll Be Doing

This is an active general labor and automotive production position. Your day may include:

Installing approved accessories and components on new vehicles

Using basic hand tools, torque wrenches, and light power tools

Reading work orders and matching parts to the correct vehicle

Inspecting vehicles and materials before beginning work

Following step-by-step installation instructions

Checking completed work for proper fit, operation, and quality

Recording completed production accurately

Moving automatic and manual-transmission vehicles when required

Keeping tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized

Reporting damaged parts, vehicle concerns, or equipment issues

Following all company, customer, quality, and safety procedures
