Job summary

The role requires coordinating with Global Production Engineering HQ in Korea, overseeing equipment procurement, start‑up, process validation, and cost estimation, and collaborating with maintenance and manufacturing teams to meet

Qualifications

• 7+ years automotive industry experience.
• Knowledge of IATF quality systems.
• Tooling and fixture design experience preferred.
• Experience with robotics and industrial controls preferred.
• Bilingual language (Korean) preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Engineering team as HOP and coordinate tasks with other teams.
• Communicate with Global Production Engineering HQ in Korea as counterpart.
• Implement processes including equipment procurement, installation, PM programs.
• Contribute to cost estimation, process investigation, and validation testing.
• Maintain and modify machines for new generation vehicles.
• Review production problems and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with maintenance, manufacturing, and quality teams to reach targets.
