Marin Acura in Corte Madera, CA is seeking a Product Specialist to deliver an engaging, technology-focused customer experience throughout the vehicle ownership journey. You will conduct product walk-arounds, demonstrate features, educate customers on safety tech and infotainment, and provide post-sale support to ensure confidence with their vehicle.

This role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while coordinating with sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent written and oral communication, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and multi-task while meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product walk-arounds and demonstrations to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
• Conduct post-sale feature walkthroughs for vehicle technology.
