Job summary

Fields Volvo is seeking a Product Specialist to perform product demonstrations and guide customers through technology options. You will help buyers select vehicles that fit their needs and explain features clearly to ensure satisfaction.

As the first point of contact in-store, you will drive the sales process, use the CRM daily for follow-ups, and stay upbeat and customer-focused to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features.
• Daily follow-up using the dealership's CRM.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.

The Product Specialist role is instrumental to our store’s day-to-day operations, providing product demos to prospects, selling the technology that buyers crave, assisting customers with technology, and solving problems quickly and efficiently.

As a Volvo Product Specialist, you’re highly skilled at uncovering customers’ needs, then following through with enlightening solutions. Not only are you the first person customers meet when they enter the store, but you’re also the person who guides them, advising them and even setting up their new products

Pay: $18.00 per hour
