Job summary

Fields Jaguar Land Rover in Northfield is seeking an Automotive Product Specialist to provide product demos, sell the technology that buyers crave, assist customers with technology, and solve problems quickly and efficiently.

As the product specialist, you’ll uncover customer needs, guide them to vehicles that fit, and set up their new products, acting as the expert on product offerings and latest tech. The role includes scheduling and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs.
• Assist clients in identifying a vehicle that fulfills their wants and needs.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features.
• Daily follow-up using the dealership's CRM.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
• Schedule will be 3 shifts, 9:00 am-6:00 pm, and 2 shifts of 12:00 pm-8:00 pm (we are closed on Sundays).

The Product Specialist role is instrumental to our store’s day-to-day operations, providing product demos to prospects, selling the technology that buyers crave, assisting customers with technology, and solving problems quickly and efficiently.

As a JEEP Product Specialist, you’re highly skilled at uncovering customers’ needs, then following through with enlightening solutions. Not only are you the first person customers meet when they enter the store, but you’re also the person who guides them — advising and even setting up their new products.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to the dealership's guidelines.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
