Sneed Ford is seeking an Automotive Product & Sales Specialist to handle a high-volume inbound lead environment and guide customers through vehicle selection and purchasing. The role emphasizes relationship-building, strong communication, and utilizing CRM and digital sales tools to close sales.

With 800+ inbound leads monthly, the position offers comprehensive training, a five-day work week, and competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn vehicle features and technology.
• Comfortable using CRM and digital sales tools.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by listening to their needs and helping them select the correct vehicle.
• Become a knowledgeable resource on new and pre-owned vehicles, features, packages, and technology.
• Communicate with customers professionally by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Respond to inbound customer leads and scheduled appointments.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
• Develop repeat and referral business through excellent customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate customer information and CRM activity.
• Work with Sales Management to meet individual and dealership goals.
