Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide the product pipeline for our aftermarket lines at the Colmar, PA campus. The role combines strategy, coordination with sales and engineering, and market insight to shape roadmaps and pricing.

You will lead cross-functional teams, deliver market-ready materials, present at national tradeshows, and manage profitability for assigned product lines while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working and leading cross functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time and occasional weekend responsibilities.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manages APMs and Coordinators.
• Establishes product road map and go-to-market strategy.
• Defines pricing and marketing copy reflecting product positioning.
• Creates presentations to support selling and customer engagement.
• Forecasts new adds and drives profitability for product lines.
• Collaborates with customers and Tech Line and attends national tradeshows.
