Job summary

Dorman Products invites a motivated 3rd-year business student to join our CORE SBU for a 10-week product management internship in Colmar, PA. The role is 4 days in the office and 1 day virtual, starting in late May 2027.

The intern will support the product team on projects, analyze ROI, and collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to learn market trends and guide product development toward production. Compensation includes a US base rate of $23/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful, and work well in a cross-functional team environment.
• Must be able to develop relationships and initiate, communicate, and take actions to resolve issues both internally and externally.
• Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 20 pounds.
• Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.
• Currently enrolled in a college/university and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or related; Prefer a 3rd year student.

Responsibilities

• Support the CORE SBU team with special projects. Projects to be identified closer to the start date based on business needs.
• Identify ROI, Process Improvements, and work cross functionally with Engineering and Supply Chain Teams.
• Assist product team in understanding competitive market landscape and market trends.
• Must successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously to transition products from development into production.
• Other duties as assigned.
