Dayton Parts, part of Dorman Products, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead category growth and new product development from the company's Colmar, PA HQ. Hybrid work requires onsite three days per week, with cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, sales, and supply chain.

You will drive market analysis, pricing, lifecycle management, and portfolio profitability while mentoring product teams and coordinating cross-functional programs for market success.

Qualificações

• B.S. degree in Business preferred.
• 7+ years in Product Management with growing responsibilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with P&L understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Drive portfolio growth, profitability, and market share.
• Lead new product development and throughput.
• Develop 3-year category plans aligned to market potential.
• Coordinate pricing reviews, SKU rationalization, and SLA reviews.
• Communicate opportunities and blockers to Directors and above.
• Mentor and coach junior product managers.
