Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi, a Publicis Groupe network agency, seeks a Product Information Specialist to review advertising materials for Toyota vehicles to ensure product correctness and proper depiction across LA and Dallas productions.

The Specialist will manage vehicle requests/logistics, collaborate with Toyota teams, advise creative and account teams on vehicle tech, usage, safety, competition and trends, and attend events to verify depictions.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of automotive industry experience required.
• Clear, honest communication with integrity.
• Maintain high confidentiality with client and agency.
• Develop focused, insightful strategies and execute tactical plans.
• Strong ability to interpret numerical data and arrive at sound conclusions.
• Proficient with CoPilot and MS Office.
• Willing to work extended hours, including weekends.
• Good business judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organization and time management; multitasking.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Review all advertising depicting Toyota vehicles and ensure product correctness.
• Manage vehicle requests/logistics for various productions.
• Provide support/collaboration to Toyota clients.
• Attend meetings/events at Toyota and abroad.
• Attend local and national/international productions as needed.
• Monitor sales reports and disseminate sales information to agency.
• Support and inspire the work and the people across all departments at the agency.
• Actively learn, use and develop CGI and AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy and creativity.
