We Are Saatchi seeks a Product Information Specialist to review Toyota vehicle advertising for accuracy and manage logistics for production shoots in LA and Dallas. You will collaborate with Toyota teams, vendors, and agency staff to ensure correct vehicle depiction and data-driven improvements.

The role requires 2–4 years in automotive settings, strong communication, discretion, and comfort with CGI/AI tools to speed up processes and enhance results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of automotive industry experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality on proprietary information.
• Experience with CGI/AI tools is a plus.
• Ability to analyze numerical data and derive insights.
• Coordinate with production teams, vendors and Toyota/agency stakeholders.

Job Description

The Product Information Specialistwill review all advertising materials to ensure product correctness of Toyota vehicles depicted. The Specialist will also manage vehicles/logistics for productions working with car prep vendor, transportation teams and Toyota marketing vehicle warehouses in Los Angeles and Dallas. This will include collaboration with the Saatchi account team and the assigned producer. The Specialist will also advise creative and account team members on vehicle technology, usage, safety, competition, trends and predicted new vehicles. In many cases, the Specialist is required to attend events such as photo or video productions to ensure the vehicle is depicted and presented in the appropriate manner. The Specialist will attend meetings at Toyota and abroad as needed. The Specialist will also study and disseminate information regarding sales for Toyota and competitive vehicles. Specialist will have a firm understanding of CGI and AI used to create images and video of Toyota vehicles. AI knowledge will be key to expedite certain tasks or employed to improve procedure, research or presentation. The Specialist will work closely and in-depth with Toyota.com teams including clients and vendors to maintain, update, improve, accurize or create all media presented on the website.

Qualifications

• 2 – 4 years of automotive industry experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, openly, honestly and with integrity.
• Recognizes when to maintain a high level of confidentiality while working on proprietary aspects of the day-to-day business for the Client and Agency.
• Demonstrated capability to develop focused, insightful strategies and to effectively/efficiently execute tactical plans.
• Strong ability to, use, and interpret numerical data (financial or statistical) and arrive at sound conclusions.
• Proficient with the following computer software/systems: CoPilot, MS Office preferred.
• Ability to use good judgment when making business decisions and performing tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention-to-detail; demonstrates a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 – USD $89,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
