Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant manufacturing/quality experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize production workflows and layouts to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Provide technical on-floor support for process issues, equipment malfunctions, and quality concerns.
  • Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methods to drive process improvements and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to integrate new products and tooling.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain documentation including work instructions, process flows, and changes.
