Job summary

You will apply lean and Six Sigma methods, support continuous improvement, develop CNC programs for pinion and ring blanking, and collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams on new product introductions and equipment validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of applicable experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve production workflows to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Provide technical support to resolve process issues on the shop floor.
• Apply lean/Six Sigma methods to drive cost savings.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams for new product introductions.
• Maintain documentation including process flows and work instructions.
