Job summary

Magna Engineered Glass is seeking a Pre-Production Launch Coordinator to support the Launch Program Manager through PDP Phases 2–5/6. You will coordinate pre-production inputs, manage part releases, and facilitate hand-offs to the production team for ramp and SOP readiness.

The role requires an associate degree or technical certificate, 1–3 years of experience, and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Willingness to work on the manufacturing floor is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-year College Associate Degree or Technical School Certificate.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role.
• Proven skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

Responsibilities

• Support the Launch Program Manager in PDP Phase 2–5/6 deliverables.
• Coordinate pre-production events and schedule across 1–3 programs.
• Assist in hand-off to Production Team for ramp and SOP.
• Manage BOM release, material tracking, and supplier communications.
• Coordinate packaging and labeling requirements for customer deliverables.
• Support and train team members on process and systems.
