Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking a Pre-Production Launch Coordinator to support the Launch Program Manager in delivering pre-production milestones. You will manage component flow, build events, and cross-functional coordination across departments to ensure a smooth hand-off to production.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, an associate degree or technical certificate, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Some on-site manufacturing work and minimal travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree or technical certificate required.
• 1–3 years of experience required.
• Proven skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Willing to work on the manufacturing floor and travel minimal.
• Ability to communicate across departments and in English.
• Pre-production and launch activities experience preferred.
• Automotive OEM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Launch Program Manager in pre-production deliverables through PDP phases.
• Manage inputs/outputs of the Pre-Production process including component management and build event coordination.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Packaging, Materials, Shipping and other teams.
• Assist in transfer of PLC responsibilities from Pre-Production to Production.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for customer deliverables.
