RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and assess their needs
• Describe vehicles and demonstrate used vehicle features professionally
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Prepare necessary documents and assist in inventory presentation
• Exhibit consultative selling skills, helping customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully
• Complete all assigned sales training programs
• Follow up with buyers via phone to ensure referral business
• Prospect, network, make appointments, and ensure all prospects receive assistance
• Record all customer and prospect communications accurately in our CRM system
• Learn to overcome objections and excel in sales situations
• Follow established processes and be compliant
• Report objectives, activities, and reviews to the Sales Manager
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring your best every day
