Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assess their needs
  • Describe vehicles and demonstrate used cars professionally
  • Answer questions about the store and products
  • Prepare necessary documents
  • Maintain professional appearance of inventory and lot organization
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers
  • Complete all sales training
  • Follow up with buyers via phone to ensure satisfaction and referrals
  • Prospect and network to generate leads and appointments
  • Record communications accurately in our management systems
  • Overcome objections and excel in sales situations
  • Follow established processes and report to Sales Manager
  • Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day
