Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Strong abilities in strategy development and execution, relationship management and negotiation.
• Good technical understanding of power products and automotive markets.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Establish productive relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts.
• Develop annual business plans with long- and short-term revenue targets.
• Maintain sales data for opportunity pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance to ensure customer satisfaction.
