Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking a motivated Staff Product Manager to oversee power semiconductor products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in power semiconductor devices and power electronic systems, along with proven expertise in product lifecycle, roadmap strategy and P&L management.

This role requires effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and drive product success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of product management experience in power semiconductors.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycles, roadmaps and P&L management.
• Proven ability to analyse markets and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee power semiconductor product portfolio from concept to retirement.
• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with market needs and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing and sales.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
