You will drive SiC/IGBT and silicon power device programs from concept through production release, coordinating across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain.

The role requires disciplined governance, proactive risk management, and strong stakeholder leadership to meet business, customer, quality, and schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large automotive NPD programs from concept to production.
• Proven ability to manage SiC/IGBT and power module development.
• Strong governance, risk management, and milestone reporting.
• Comfort leading global, cross-functional teams across sites.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Provide end-to-end leadership for automotive NPD programs from concept to production release.
• Develop integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and executive summaries.
• Manage changes, assess impacts, and secure approvals before execution.
• Drive phase-gate readiness and governance reviews.
