Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Phoenix is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support WOW operations and vehicle prep. You will assist with interior and exterior cleaning, pre-wash customer cars before repairs, and help transport vehicles to sublet locations as needed.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to safety, and a strong customer-service mindset in a fast-paced auto repair environment. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying of waste cans, sweeping the floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Compensation Details:

• HOURLY $15.50 - $18.50 / Hour Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
• Supplemental Pay: This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
