Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive performance engineering.
• Proficiency with simulation tools and data acquisition systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve vehicle performance metrics such as acceleration, braking, and handling.
• Design, develop, and test engine, transmission, and suspension components for performance.
• Use MATLAB/Simulink and other simulations for performance modeling.
• Conduct rigorous physical testing on proving grounds and public roads, documenting results.
