Job summary

Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail in North Carolina is seeking a dependable parts clerk to join our service team. You will stock and dispense parts, verify incoming items against packing slips, and communicate shortages or damaged goods to the parts manager.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and dispensing parts.
• Verify incoming parts against packing slips.
• Notify parts manager of shortages or overages when checking in stock and report damaged goods.
• Prepare shipment of parts for local deliveries and for carrier shipments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parts department receiving area.
• Keep inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Assist in inventory control by participating in perpetual inventories.
• Put stock away in the proper locations after orders are checked in.
• Operate a computer and perform data entry.

• Duties require the ability to operate a computer and make data entry
