Capital Ford Raleigh is seeking a dependable Parts Support Associate to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you enjoy staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment, you will help keep the parts department running smoothly and support service technicians and other departments.

You will receive, stock, and manage parts, assist with deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records. A valid driver's license and a willingness to learn are required as you grow with our family-owned

• Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials as needed.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, automotive, or parts experience is a plus, but not required.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the parts department with daily operations to keep everything organized and running efficiently.
• Receive, sort, label, and stock incoming parts and inventory.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are stored in the correct locations.
• Pull and prepare parts for service technicians, wholesale customers, and other departments as needed.
• Assist with parts deliveries and transfers between departments or locations when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts storage area.
• Work closely with parts department team members and service staff to ensure timely support.
• Complete other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the department.
