Capital CJDR of Garner is seeking a dependable Automotive Parts Warehouse Associate to join our Parts Warehouse team in Wake Forest. You will receive, organize, and distribute inventory to support multiple dealerships.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts terminology is a plus.
• Must have strong attention to detail and organization.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from inventory and deliver them to the appropriate area for processing and distribution.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts while maintaining an organized warehouse.
• Verify shipment quantities and document any discrepancies.
• Pack and prepare parts for shipping or delivery with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process manufacturer return claims and issue credits.
• Assist with verifying invoices, delivery receipts, and driver manifests.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
