Auto-Wares Group is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for our Thirlby Traverse City location to lead daily operations and deliver top‑notch service. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, staff training, inventory control, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to comply with all physical requirements including a pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Must have automotive parts experience of at least 2 years.
• Must have leadership experience for at least 2 years.
• Must be available to commit at least 45 hours per week.

• Run daily operations by managing location organization, training staff, and inventory per SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a repour with all customers in the local area, dealing with any customer service inquiries promptly.
• Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
• Run the store’s daily operations by managing location organization and cleanliness, properly training and delegating tasks to store personnel, recording an accurate inventory according to CSG standard operating procedures, and more.
