Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist with professional customers and service specialists as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely and accurately.
• Process exchanges/returns and resolve complaints professionally.
• Perform stock, planogram updates, and daily store tasks as assigned.
