Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the automotive field.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Auto-Wares and greet customers in Lafayette.
• Assist customers with parts selection and cross-sell options.
• Process sales using in-store, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized store appearance and assist training new staff.
• Handle returns and support daily store operations.
