Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation is seeking a Parts Specialist in Billings, MT. You will be the first contact for parts vendors, welcome them with a positive attitude, and coordinate with technicians to assess parts needs.

Responsibilities include receiving all incoming parts, organizing and managing the returns shelf, tracking credits, labeling pre-ordered parts with repair orders, and maintaining accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver\'s license.
• Driving record must be acceptable to our insurance carrier.
• Prior customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming parts and deliver them to the technician.
• Organize and manage the parts return shelf for local and dealership returns.
• Track returns and credits in TekMetric.
• Label all pre-ordered parts with printed repair orders and scheduled appointment dates.
• Queue returns from vendors in the appropriate return portal.
• Process parts warranty claims and monitor reimbursement status.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable tracking spreadsheets.
• Check bulk oil levels and order when needed.
• Track stocked cabin and engine air filters and order as needed.
