Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist in Parker, CO. You will be the first contact for parts vendors, manage intake and delivery of parts, and coordinate with technicians to assess parts needs and order as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Experience with computer software and customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; typing 50+ WPM.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming parts in TekMetric and deliver to technicians.
• Organize and manage the parts return shelf for local and dealership returns.
• Track returns and credits in TekMetric.
• Label pre-ordered parts with repair orders and appointment dates.
• Queue returns from vendors in the appropriate return portal.
• Process parts warranty claims and monitor reimbursement status.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable tracking spreadsheets.
• Check bulk oil levels and order when needed.
• Track stocked cabin and engine air filters and order as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
