Job summary

USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist in Jacksonville to source and provide parts for fleet customers while delivering excellent service. You will draw on parts knowledge to assist teammates and answer questions, ensuring correct parts are researched and available.

The role welcomes growth within a team-focused, fast-paced environment. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, prior parts-store or automotive experience, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical or Trade school courses or degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customer.
• Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment.
• ASE Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers.
• Use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and answer questions for customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced environment.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers on parts availability.
