NAPA Auto Parts in Arlington, TX is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist to help our fleet customers source the right parts and to support our team with product knowledge. You will assist customers and teammates with accuracy, courtesy, and a focus on finding the best parts solutions.

The role involves providing fast, friendly service in a fast-paced setting, building loyalty with customers, and growing your parts expertise through hands-on experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade courses a bonus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong listening skills and empathy for customers are important.
• Background in automotive parts or willingness to learn auto parts.
• Experience in parts stores or automotive industry is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers.
• Use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and answer questions for customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced environment.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers on parts availability.
