Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and the ability to operate in an airport-adjacent shop environment.
• Experience in an automotive parts store or automotive industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers.
• Assist other team members and answer customer questions using parts knowledge.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
• Contribute to a fast-paced environment with high energy and customer focus.
• Ask questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers about parts availability.
