Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, handling exchanges/returns, stocking shelves, and performing in-store services as trained. Occasional deliveries may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding, friendly service.
• Multitask by handling in-store and phone customers simultaneously.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Support installers/service specialists and store management.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process transactions and exchanges/returns per policy.
• Maintain cash drawer and process payments accurately.
• Assist with stocking, planogram updates and daily operations.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes, etc.) as trained.
