Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Odessa, TX seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high level service to retail and installer customers, and support store management.

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; you will greet customers, assist with merchandise, process transactions, and handle returns following company policies. This role includes stock, planning and occasional vehicle-related tasks after training.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Follow and promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely and accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns per company policy and resolve customer complaints.
• Support daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services and, when needed, occasional delivery per business needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
