O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, help select merchandise, assist professional customers, and ensure accurate cash handling and credit transactions.

You will support inventory tasks, planogram updates, and in-store services when trained, with occasional delivery duties as needed. The role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking, and willingness to participate in company programs

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilidades

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash drawer, accept payments, make change, and process credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock updates, planogram changes, and routine store operations.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, lighting) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
