Job summary

Terre Haute Chevrolet is seeking a parts associate to assist customers with automotive parts, process payments, and provide product information. The role requires attention to detail and strong customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The position includes inventory control, logistics, and maintaining a safe work area. Some travel may be required, with minimal expectations at this time.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• ASE P2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with automotive parts questions and needs.
• Accurately accept customer payments and operate cash register and credit card processing machines.
• Effectively communicate benefits, features, and warranty information to customers.
• Manage inventory control including procurement, storage, and accessibility of parts.
• Manage logistics, shipping, and receiving of parts.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
• Travel as needed, currently expected to be minimal.
