Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Minnesota seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high‑level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist in selecting merchandise, and support store management in daily tasks.

The role includes handling cash, processing payments, and addressing customer needs while promoting the company’s service programs and related selling. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store.

Responsibilities

Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.).
Greet retail customers and assist in merchandise selection.
Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
Handle cash drawer and process payments accurately.
Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
Support daily store operations including stock and planogram updates.
Operate store equipment after training and comply with safety rules.
