Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Retail Store Associate for our NAPA store in Webster, NY. You will help customers find automotive parts, deliver accurate solutions, and drive loyalty through friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with transactions at the POS, coordinating deliveries, maintaining shelves and inventory accuracy, and supporting team members to ensure a welcoming store.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Operate POS and inventory/catalog systems to assist customers.
• Assist with inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Support store operations and fulfill deliveries.
